The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. They should be comfortable working independently, possess a strong attention to detail, and align with MDIA’s mission and values. Familiarity with nonprofit or startup environments is a plus.
